We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may cancel the order at our discretion.

StudioSy products are available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Section (E): Order Acceptance
We withhold the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limitations on quantities, availability of fabrics, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications before accepting any order, and if cancelled, we will notify you.
Section (F): Delivery Charges & Timelines
Delivery charges for domestic (Pakistani) orders are based upon a standard fee. However, charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the goods' price, and customs duty and tax charges are payable to the courier company upon delivery. Please note that StudioSY endeavors to dispatch each custom order as quickly as possible upon finishing and quality-checking. The delivery times depend largely upon the number of orders received, which alters our processing time and may vary from season to season. StudioSY is responsible for dispatching your order, but we cannot control any delays caused by our courier partners. If concerns arise after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. As each item is made to order, delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed of any delays.
