Please rest assured that each StudioSY item is meticulously hand-crafted and thoroughly inspected for quality before dispatching for delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive a truly faulty piece, you may fill out our contact form (within 3 days of receiving your item) and attach images clearly showing the concern. Our Customer Service Representative will respond to your request, if approved, and let you know how to proceed. Please note that all items must be remain in unworn condition with all original tags and packaging materials to warrant a successful exchange. Delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed.
